If the legal basis for the use of the residential space has been lost for the person declared in the property or the person has provided false information in declaring the place of residence, then on the basis of the submission, the local government has the opportunity to ask the local government to verify the legality of the information of the place of residence declared by that person and to request the annulment thereof.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    The owner shall submit to the local government, in person, the following:
    1. Application.
    2. Proof of ownership or rental rights.
    3. Document showing that the legal basis for the declaration of residence has been lost.
    4. The passport must be presented, the authorised person shall be empowered.

  2. Receipt of services
    The person to whom the declared place of residence has been annulled and the person who submitted a request for annulment of the declared place of residence shall prepare and send a letter with the relevant information.
