Service requests
The invitation to tender shall be opened twice a year with the submission of applications:
* from 1 to 30 April, for project activities planned to be carried out or to commence their implementation during the period from 1 July to 31 December;
* from 1 to 31 October, for project activities planned to be implemented or launched during the period from 1 January to 31 June.
Project application:
1) the application form (Annex 1); description of the project (Annex 2); estimate of project costs (Annex 3), including taxes specified in regulatory enactments;
2) autobiographies (CV) of the project manager;
(3) project applications related to new literary or research work must be accompanied by a section of the work under way (not less than 5 pages), a content and a plan for future work;
4. project applications relating to publishing must be accompanied by a full manuscript or a copy thereof;
5. project applications related to the setting-up of performances must be accompanied by information on the performance to be carried out and on the creative group of the project;
(6) project applications relating to artworks must be accompanied by pictorial material describing the style of the artist's work over the last 3 years; applications for exposure must be accompanied by sketches;
7) recommendations;
8) other annexes at the discretion of the applicant.Receipt of services
Receipt:
Within 10 working days after the meeting of the Duma, the City Council shall inform the submitter of the project regarding the decision taken to the correspondence address indicated in the application or the indicated electronic mail address.
