Service requests
Development of a detailed plan may propose to the unit of land owner or its plenipotentiary person, making local government submission and documents required:
1. a submission, in which the detailed plan and is described in the territory of the planned development proposal, except in cases where the initiator of the detailed plan is a State or municipality;
2. any detailed plan for real estate owner notarised authorisation, if a detailed plan covers more immovable properties whose owners is not a state or municipality;
Article 3 of all owners consent, if the unit of land, which plans to develop a detailed plan, has several owners.Receipt of services
The decision / Opinion on the first version of the Detālplānojuma or Detālplānojuma Tukuma county gives the final version of the Dome. In accordance with the choice of receipt of a service request - via mail, e-mail or in person.
