Service requests
A legal or natural person must submit a submission to the local government in order to obtain a permit to use Tyuma symbolism for commercial purposes (see page “Veidlapa_1”) containing information about the applicant, product name, purpose of use, manufacturer, planned production volumes, design author, and description of the measure or advertising, if symbolism is used in the design or advertising of the measure. A design sketch or a benchmark sample of the product shall be added to the Annex.Service Processing
The Licensing Commission shall review the documents submitted within 10 (ten) working days and take a decision regarding:
1) a permit to use symbolism;
2) a refusal to use symbolism.A service charge
The local government fee for the use of symbolism of the Tuma municipality shall be paid by natural and legal persons whose symbolism is intended to be used for commercial purposes.
Fee for issuing an authorisation for use of symbolism:
3. if symbolism is used for a single measure or the marketing of production is up to 100 copies - EUR 5,00:
4. where symbolism is used for a repeated measure or the marketing of production is over 100 copies, EUR 10,00.
The local government fee may be paid in cash on the spot in the local government or through a non-cash cash settlement.
