Transactions in respect of agricultural land decision making (Tukums municipality)

Process description

1. Service requests
   Receipt of services documents required:
   1) the submission that has been drawn up in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers on 2 December 2014 Regulation No. 748 “Provisions concerning transactions with agricultural land”,
   2) the purchase contract,
   3) documents certifying the right of the person may possess agricultural land.

2. Receipt of services
   1), the Commission by obtaining information from the State information systems, checking the conformity of the applicant of the Law On Land privatization in rural areas "of Section 28, the first subparagraph of Article 28.1 of the provisions of Article 29, from the ground, with the decision of the fund manager AS“ Development of the financial institution Altum”, not to exercise pre-emption rights, take a decision regarding the acquisition of agricultural land.
   
   2) service is received in accordance with the application of choice – personally, by post or in electronic format only.
