Updating of the entry of the register of civil status records has been previously corrected, supplemented or cancelled by the register of civil status. The correspondence department shall correct the errors in the entry of the register of civil status records and record the missing or new information, in accordance with the submission of the person concerned, if the civil status statement is registered in the family register institution, if there are sufficient grounds for correcting or supplementing the entry and if there is no dispute between the interested parties. The renewal of the entry of the register of civil status has been registered in advance, but the re-registration of the civil status deed has died or disappeared.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    1. An application must be submitted, indicating the need for changes, as well as documents justifying the necessity for carrying out the requested action
    2. A personal identification document (passport or eID card) must be produced.

  2. A service charge
    State fee for updating or updating the entry of the register of the civil status statement -
    EUR 7 (27.9.2013) BOM Regulation No 906 “Provisions concerning the State fee for the registration of civil status acts”).

  3. Receipt of services
    Following receipt of the submission and the necessary documents, the Divisions shall update and/or renew the entry of the register in the uniform register information system and issue the requested document.
