Process description
Service requests
In order to obtain the authorisation, shall submit:
1. The application;
2. A copy of the contract concluded with the land owner regarding the use of subterranean depths, where authorisation is requested by a person who is not the land owner;
3. Information regarding the person's qualifications and technical provision intended for performance of works, except in cases where it is intended to use subterranean depths for recreational or tourist activities;
4. The work programme, except in cases where the authorisation or licence is issued for the extraction of mineral resources;
5. Use of subterranean depths of the map or plan;
6. If the area is located in the use of subterranean depths protection zone of cultural monuments – a written consent of the State Inspection for Heritage Protection;
7. Authorization – useful mineral mine Passport and document indicating the Latvian Environment, geology and meteorology centre for the extraction of mineral resources.
8. If the rights of use of subterranean depths are granted in accordance with the competition or tendering procedures – comission decision regarding tendering or auction results.Receipt of services
The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
